Such a nice place to go for a peaceful time. Best time to visit would be during Christmas and new year. They have great light decorations and worth the visit during holidays

Visited this place to see the Christmas celebration of lights. This was so beautiful. This was the first time I visited this place and am glad to have done so. This has to be one of the best Christmas lights in MA in 2020. We arrived at 5 pm but the main parking lot was already full and cars were moving in slow queues. However, beside the shrine, they have arranged for additional parking which saved the day as lots of people turn up during this time. Masks are mandatory. Food stalls are also present. Loved the fried dough. This is a perfect place to spend an evening with family during the holidays. Kid rides like carousel and toy trains were popular.

We came from Providence and thoroughly enjoyed seeing the festive Christmas lights. It was so worth the drive. Key tips would be leaving your location to arrive approximately 30 minutes before 5:00 p.m.. You will avoid traffic purgatory.. Get a nice parking space close to the exit. You can light a prayer candle. They sell smores and you can roast them in their fire pits. They also sell hot chocolate and Apple cider. We always look forward to the Doughboys How ever, the line was too long. We got out of there at about 6:15pm.

Quiet and beautiful. We unexpectedly happened upon La Salette. I had not been there since I was a teenager. My husband had never been. We spent about an hour and a half walking around the grounds with our 4 year old. So glad we stopped. Much different appreciation as an adult. We went back to see the lights with my parents. Absolutely breathtaking!!!

Give them a call, they are very nice there.
I don't think so. Try calling them.
You can drive in there 24/7 I think but don't know if the gift shop, cafeteria, or lights are on
Yes..
I have no idea .. Here's a thought .. Call La Salette shrine and ask .. Most people cant answer questions like that and youre wadting your time for an "i dont know" response 😉

They should have a Mass but not positive!
I have no idea. You should give them a call to ask, or find an email number on their website. Their website might have that information already.

Not very much. Enjoy your day there. The hoilday season is over and it should be an easy ride
La Salette Shrine gift shop has so many things you can purchase religious medals statues anything to do with religion they have everything
The lighting is till January 6th January..
I arrived at 4 o'clock on a Friday night. We had no traffic or parking issues at all but it was rather cold. We had to wait the hour before the lights came on but we went into the gift shop and sat inside near their cafe and it was fine. I did see an advertisement for a train that runs on the weekends but I don't know for sure if that is a current sign or an old sign that they never took down. They had fire pits in the back with s'mores for sale and a horse drawn hay ride but I would plan to walk the grounds.
I am sorry. I have no idea. I dont understand all these questions i get regarding places i review. People asking questions seem to think I own or operate the place - i dont. Most of the questions are unanswerable by me but they could be answered if they called the actual place itself.
No, they are not blessed...but there are priests around to bless them
I couldn't find anything on the website saying they weren't doing the lights on Christmas. They lights go until January 6th
Christmas Masses December 24: Christmas Eve 4 PM Children's Mass 6 PM Mass Christmas Day Masses 12 AM Midnight Mass 12:10 PM Mass

Many buses at the Shrine what a beautiful place to be with GOD! Awesome food and great hot chocolate!
Free
It's free, but they take donations to update the lights. There is also a cafeteria, firepits where you can buy and make Smores, a carousel, and other refreshments, as well as a gift shop. So you can go there entirely free to just look at the lights, but I typically spend some money while I'm there.
It's free kiddo.
Yes they do but get there early because a lot of people go there. The hot chocolate is good there.
It's free and open all day. But I recommend going just after dark when they turn on the lights.
Yes... including stands for Cocoa, Doughboys, Etc.
Well it all depends on how you view it because Right when you pull into the parking lot the lights and decorations and displays and also the churches an gift shops u can see from the parking lot just the Front and 1st section of the lights though, But it is in how you want to view it if you want to rush through it, it wouldn't take long but if you want to take your time and take in the full experience it would probably take a good hour.
