They leave 90% of lights up but do not turn them in till Thanksgiving
Yes they do but the lights stay on the trees because in the Summer when I go their I see the lights in the trees
Joy Jennings tells it correctly. Most lights come down. But those that are too onerous to remove & re-install are left up always. It seems to take through Spring to uninstall. Re-installation starts in late summer/fall, I believe. It's a mammoth task. Also, the theme changes annually so all those pertaining to the theme need to come down and be replaced.

Most of the lights come down after the season...but quite a few of the lights in the high trees stay up year round... they just don't light them
