Good company for prices and selection. Absolutely terrible app, they asked me to get for a discount. Wasted my time for 20 min, then uninstalled. Pure trash, complete the app before you release it.

Ordered online on Feb 14 and no info provided till March 1st. When I contacted them via chat said we will cancel order. No confirmation on cancellation in spite of asking for a confirmation email. On March 8th email came informing me the order has shipped. I had already ordered what I needed from other places. So this will be a redundant order. I think company can care less. I will never order from them again.

Used to buy quite a few items from Vitacost. So I sent in an order for 2 bottles of vegan Ranch salad dressing. What arrived in a slimy box was an equally double slime of THE THING.kinda cactus style ..2 Uggli plants obviously rotting. Contacted customer service via email..told me to contact seller. Done with Vitacost...done done done!

Is your company lying? It's like a scam, poor service Take a look at our conversation yesterday, Why does your company have two sets of statements, There is a serious error in your company's service process You received the money but did not ship it and did not answer any questions about my order. My order turned out to be untrackable and couldn't be returned or exchanged. Your company's customer service can't answer any questions about my order.
