I have never dealt with a customer service as bad as this one. I have been waiting over 3 weeks to receive an RA number. I have called and emailed at least 5 times with no results. Very disappointed.

This is what good customer service should be like. Very polite people and sometimes they will fix your tools while you wait, more than a few times am in and out in 20 min or less, so i don't have to go a second time to pick up my tools.

Excellent group of people! Drop my tools here for repair, turn around was very quick. Highly recommend using them instead of are there repair shops.
