My first attempt to have my knives sharpened here was a disaster - I couldn’t find the business, the storefront where they’re located had misinformed employees, and I couldn’t reach the business to get clarity. However, the business owner, Gavin, followed up with me afterwards, took in my feedback and actually helped to have the issues resolved. Further, I went back for a second attempt and am incredibly happy with the result! Both Gavin and Steve are wonderful, and their product is top notch. Even with the snafu, I absolutely recommend these guys!

Can someone tell the driver of the small white van he is not the only one driving out there. He is very aggressive, speeding and not respecting signals. Real deal! Love the knives!

Wow! We love to cook at home and I purchased some great knives over the years only to see them dull to the point of no longer being useful. I went by the shop dropped off on a Monday and Bill had my knives back to me on Tuesday morning, the difference was unreal! I cannot believe I was using knives as dull as I was. Even more-so is the fact that the knives are sharper now then they were when they were brand new. Bill showed me the machines used and the tech behind them, HOLLOW GRIND, that was the key! Thanks again guys! I will be back every 90 days just like Dr. Bill ordered.
