The service department is a banana republic. I walked in at 1340 was set an appointment and told service representative will take care of my appointment. It was 1520 when I see my minivan outside and ask their staff what the status of the warranty repair on my 2021 sienna. They then told me no one has looked at it or anything. Never buying or servicing with you ever. Shameful service. Sam

I had a wonderful experience at Butler Toyota Jacksonville and truly recommend them! Buying a car is usually a hassle and I dread the process, not this time! I was looking for a 2022 Tacoma 4X4 Trail Edition in Army Green with the bronze wheels specifically. After calling the other 3 dealerships first I was told they didn’t have it available, they tried to persuade me to purchase something else, and I was even told what I wanted didn’t exist in the entire southeast. I contacted Butler Toyota lastly, and Linda made it all possible! I initially contacted Butler Toyota through their website which she promptly responded, sent pictures, and specs of the truck. We made an appointment for several days later as I was out of town, and in that time she did not hassle me once. When I came to my appointment I was late from another appointment, she was still prepared and gave me her undivided attention. She worked with the sales manager to give me a very fair trade in and did all the closing paperwork with my husband efficiently, so I could leave to pick up our daughter from school. I had to return the following day to complete a few more steps of the purchasing process and I was in and out in an hour. The manager, Linda, front desk receptionist, and the technology manager all were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and provided the highest level of customer care. It was a pleasure to work directly with Linda and I love my new Tacoma! Cheers!

We are practicing Social Distancing. All of the staff are wearing mask. Hand sanitizer through the dealership as well. We also clean multiple times a day. Service lounge chairs are also clean after every use. If a private room is needed to conduct business that is also available to you. Service guest vehicles are cover with plastic covering after every use until the work is completed....
Renting a car you can normally keep for several days and give it a good workout. With a test drive they usually last 20 min up to an hour depending on the person

It's was 80 for our 2007 Solara. I wouldn't recommend them to do any mechanical work. They didn't put a oil sticker for recommended oil change. They left the fuse box cover off and we didn't catch it until we got home. It took them 5 days to replace 2 oxygen sensors, alignment, and change the oil. This was our first visit to Ernie Palmer and our last. Good luck!
No it is scamlist when you go in there. Service department sucks. Would not them fix a peddle scooter.
