Service is very poor. I had a appointment at 10:30 for oil change and tire rotation, I had arrived 5 minutes before scheduled appointment. I was informed that they running 2 hours behind, I could not wait that amount of time, because I have radiation treatment at 1pm. When I called customer service to let them know and wanted to reschedule she said that is just a time to take my car in, that I could be waiting even longer after they take my car back. I have never waited more than an hour or hour and a half before. If this is a new policy you should let your customers know especially ones that come across town because they loved the service they had in the past.
