Staff was super nice and joyful. They enjoyed being there to work. All had positive attitudes. Food was hot and fresh. Nice hot fries. Getting cheese on Krystal is a treat. Great experience. Not often a person can go in a fast food and get unsweetened tea.

We had a DELICIOUS meal at Krystal on Normandy yesterday. And the food was popping hot. I haven't been to Krystal for a few years because the standards had fallen so much. We were all shocked at the improvement. Thank you for bringing Krystal back. We have missed eating there!
