A dealership that actually stands by their word. Crazy to think, right? This place does though. After purchasing a vehicle and wanting tint on it we found that what they told us and what was being done were not matching. We called to see what happened and they made everything right because they actually stood by what they said!! From the actual purchasing side of the house, the salesman we had was phenomenal. He wasn’t pushy, but really worked with us to get us the vehicle we wanted for the price that satisfied everyone. I am so happy with my purchase and would highly recommend them for any Hyundai purchases. Took them over 1 month to complete vehicle service. Technician over my vehicle did not prioritize my service needs and severely delayed my repair process…which caused me to miss a great deal of work from my job. It was also very difficult to get them on the phone and have been sent to many dead ends. I was not offered a rental vehicle while my car was being worked on until the last 7-8 days of my repair, in which they urgently rushed me to return in the middle of Hurricane Ian. They’ve made me want to get a completely new car from another dealership honestly. I paid to have my car detailed before I gave it to Westside Hyundai and when it was returned it had a very bad odor that I cannot get rid of, black fingerprints all over the tan interior of my vehicle, and my personal belongings were misplaced.
