I got out elantra in 2014...was told the same about a loaner car...they never have one I have spent hours up there waiting with sick kids and with time restraints and they never have given me the option of a loaner car even after speaking with supervisor...they just want the sale and know that helps
I have 2016 Elantra a few weeks ago was informed I will not have an engine until November. So I'm still without my car. I purchased a cash car, cheaper than rentals. I'm just so out done with this entire situation.
