One of the managers very young was ridiculous white female. Ne and boyfriend ordered dish platters I order a flounder she being ne frozen tilapia. And tried to tell me it was flounder. Than I said ma'am this is a tilapia fish. She I said I rather gave a snapper instead. She said alright. Now let me remind you that . I have already recieved my salad and a brown in the inside cake potato in which I had to ask for another entirely brown on the inside. Now 6 minutes has passed. Salad half way gone she brung another bake potato it was hot. Now I have eaten that 8 minutes went by. Than I asked excuse my boyfriend almost dine eating his catfish and sides. I'm almost done. Did the cook have to defrost the snapper fish. Because I dont like frozen fish. She stated oh no we dont Carey frozen fish. Ket ne remind everyone it was about an hour n half before closing only us and two tables were there. So I finally recieved my fish . It was frozen fish when I open from the middle it was white and grayish fried hard. I said ma'am never mind. She swiftly turned to the cash register . Charge me for the salad and bake potatoe. Basically threw us our ticket and walked off quickly. I went to her ma'am. What is ur problem I am tge one should be upset. Where is your Manger she said with an attitude I am the manager. I stated why are y charging me ? I see my boyfriend but why me? She stated because that's what I am going to do. I said I ate my sides without the entire dinner. And I waited a very longtime plus u was texting to sale a tiplipa fish I know a tilapia from flounder. She look at me so nasty rolling her eyes. She said well I am charging you for the two sides. I said you definitely being unprofessional You need more training in customer service . We paid. I left the sides. Very , very bad experience and yes I am African American. And I believe that played a role.

Server was awesome. My friend and I got sirloin med well and my other guest got a crab boil bag. Well the steak was prepared well done and tasted spoiled . There was a sour old taste in the meat. We had to send it back. My friend enjoyed his crab boil. The crab legs were very meaty.

Pretty good seafood. Prices aren't too bad. They steam everything in the bag with different sauces and it makes it that much better

I concur I just ate there Monday with a friend again I've been going there since it was Salty's last week however I got an order to go on a Friday at 5 got home and half of the fish were missing I called and they said I would have to bring it back I live 12 miles away it was Friday afternoon at 5 there was no way I was going back but the next day I went and talked to the cook named Jeff very nice fella and he made the order right so a word of warning if you get an order to go check it before you leave the building otherwise I love this place!
