Deal was to get weather mats in whole car including trunk. Did not receive trunk weather mat as part of deal. All my latest Toyota corolla purchases have weather mats including the trunk. I reached out to them even though it was later on after deal was made, but still Coggins Toyota wasn't willing to accommodate. It was a purchase for my niece who did not notify me that trunk weather mat wasn't fulfilled. Your loss not mine, including the word of mouth I will pass around. I hope it was worth losing a yearly customer of purchase for not accommodating the weather mat worth about $80+.

I came with my Toyota sienna on a trip from nyc and when I asked them to do the proper maintenance, they did it and when I delivered the vehicle I noticed that the tires had not rotated and I asked them and they told me that if they had, I do not understand why they lie to the It seems to me that clients should have more supervisors looking after the mechanics, just as they did not do that. Who knows what other things they omitted in the maintenance division, what poor service and carelessness of these mechanics
