The people that work for PODs were all amazing - drivers, folks on the phone, etc. The website needs work to get basic functionality I expect, but every time I called someone they were friendly and always able to help me. If I were moving again, I would use PODS. They were 1/3 the cost of a pro moving service.

I'm so glad we chose to move using Pods. We were lucky to have lots of help with the loading/unloading from our family. But, the Pods experience was great. Very friendly and accommodating drivers, flexible pick-up (we needed an extra day to unload our Pod due to Hurricane Ian) and it was no problem. I highly recommend Pods!

If you’re moving from the suburbs, or the country, to the suburbs, or the country, PODS is a safer option. You’re responsible for the safe return of your goods. You’re responsible for locking and unlocking it. So that’s great. We moved from suburban Los Angeles California to the city of Chicago. Unfortunately, the system for big cities isn’t easy to deal with. We are limited to unloading in four hours, otherwise an additional fee of $250 per hour will be applied. Our other option? Drive to the warehouse and pickup what’s left with our own vehicles. That is incredibly inconvenient, so I cannot recommend this for moving into the city, and especially out of the city. Three stars are for the easy move out of California. Minus two for their current dealings with big cities.

Excellent service. Moved from Chicago & 2 weeks later, everything arrived intact.
