This place helps our people die in how we are treated like veterinary animals here. I filed formal complaints, I thought two years ago- well my email shows... and then the same people traumatize me two years later forgetting my trauma. Calling me "Honey". Honey is a diminutive or term of endearment wasted on my trauma. Sweetie Pie Chantelle Roberts, you neglected to address my mother's blood clot and refused to acknowledge such! YOU ARE NOT A GOOD DOCTOR. Healers care, you ignore. Thanks for ignoring my trauma Indian Health Services. Thanks for putting hands in my mouth with needles in a pandemic without narrating your actions. Life ain't ASMR I guess. Nope, not when we Yakamas are animals! Go to I.h.s. if you want your mind hurt with trauma. Until things change here- this place is a tragic joke and ain't no one laughing. I am ashamed to say this is my healthcare. This is my health uncare.

i showed up for a appointment 1 minute and i was turned away. second time i showed up for a appointment i showed up on time yet had to wait because 2 patients were before me meaning i had to wait even when i was one time

If there was a way to give a zero star i would. I deal with thyroid issues. I have been for over 15 years. I ran out of meds in july. Called for a refill july 18. I had none left. Came in to speak with a dr about it a wk later. Was told i can only do medication refills by appt. Ok. Tried to schedule and appt. End of july. She said she can do friday. I declined. I was leaving the state thursday. I said i can do the wk after.The nurse says. Oh he cant that whole week hes gone. Ok. I wait. Call the next week. 2nd wk of august. Receptionist tells me ill get a call back from the nurse. No call. I called back 2 days later. Same thing. this time i get a phone call but was sleep. (I work graveyard) so i call again. Leave another message. FINALLY make an appt to be seen. 5 wks later. Then they ask me to come in. I said i will in the morning. I can stop by after work and do labs. So i do that. Did labs went home got a small nap then went to clinic. Clinic was closed. Power issues. I had to reschedule another appt. Finally come in to see the dr. He tells me im lucky im even standing in fron of him. I shouldn't even be alive. He doesnt see me living to February. Then asks. How long its been since i had taken my medication. I told him july. Then lectures me and asks why i waited so long to come in and see him. I really need to take better care of myself. At this rate your heart can stop at any moment. I became upset. I told him the whole thing on why it took so long for me to come. Then his response was. "Oh well yeah it can be pretty hard to be seen here". Then i asked well why did u make it sound like its my fault when ive been trying? I have phone calls to prove it. Then goes on to talk about my medication. Saying its a pretty high dose. So hes going to cut it in half. Uhhh ok. why? You just said im at a lethal state and shouldn't even be alive. Now you want to cut it in half?? I asked him about a different thyroid prescription i recieved from a dr at the hospital earlier in in the year. He refused to look at it or acknowledge what i was trying to show him. I asked him what i can do to see an endocrinologist. He said i need a referral. I said ok. Id rather get a referral. He said well then were done. Walked out. No prescription to last me until then. Nothing. Dr Newhouse at 1st he seemed like a good dr. After that. I couldn't believe what had just happened. Who tells someone they shouldnt be alive. Gives them a time frame to live then Cuts their medication in half. Then walks out without giving a prescription.
