Therapy with Aimee has been a true pleasure from day 1. She truly loves what she’s does, and it greatly exemplifies the standards. If you are looking for a true therapist experience look no further. Aimee keep the temperature up and continue progressing those knife skills.

Edit: They contacted me the day after I posted this review to apologize and refund the $30 membership fee. This group charges a $30 membership fee just to make an appointment with a therapist. We were recommended to a specific therapist by a friend so I went in ahead and paid the $30 fee last week to make an appointment for this week, yesterday. We filled out all the new patient paperwork and then on the day of the (online) appointment, nothing. Didn’t get a call back or link or anything. Then I checked the patient portal and it said the appointment was cancelled, no reason given! I called the office the next day, today, and was on hold for 20 minutes before receptionist picked up. She had no idea why the appointment was cancelled but I could make an appointment with another therapist (for sometime in the next few weeks, I’m sure). I was felt like I was being ripped off so asked for my money back. The receptionist says she forwarded my refund request to the billing department and they’ll get back to me whenever. In a nutshell, if you need a therapist right now, don’t call this group. They’ll take your $30 and provide nothing in return.

I have been trying to get ahold of Billing for a week. No one has tried to call me back. I have made multiple disputes with scheduling and they cannot help me except send a message to billing. This company doesn’t follow their mission to help people live happier. They have caused even more stress and anxiety. I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here!

It's been 3 weeks trying to get my meds with y'all yesterday I almost died and you cancel my appointment with no reason I will be doing the worse review and I'm going to the ER for meds y'all are the worse company ever

Although we are looking at starting a few different groups, currently we do not have any. I'll ask around and let you know if I find one though.
