Dr Kaplan stays current on innovative treatment methods and he treats the whole patient. I am no longer in the area however one can’t find a better physician, wish I could clone him!!!!

At this particular location I felt like I was being asked (what are you doing here) that's how I felt each visit which has been only 3 times. Had MRI done and from what I was told when I called to see if results had come in the results were in the same day of MRI which i didn't know until I called to see if results had been received. The results were in same day as MRI. No one bothered to pick up phone to say results were in so that I could continue doing what I needed to get the treatment I need. Third visit I needed to wait for insurance approval to get treatment that I need. I called again to check on approval and was told that the approval was made 3 weeks ago when I was there at the office one week ago. I don't know what to think. Trying not to think in a negative way but its pretty hard not to. Second visit was a short consultation with doctor. Kinda confused!! I have been trying for a very long time for someone to tell me what it is that I need to get better so that I can start to enjoy life again and I thought that this could be the right place this time from post that I have seen of dr. Kaplan. I just don't know.

A friend recommended Dr. Kaplan for my ongoing problems, which my GP was unable to fix. I was surprised how thoroughly Dr. Kaplan diagnosed and even more that some of the test haven’t been done by my GP (which he easily could have done). Dr. Kaplan was able to address my problems. I had a different issue and directly went to Preferred Spine and didn’t waste time with my GP. I would definitely recommend Preferred Spine and Pain, Dr. Kaplan is knowledgeable and professional.
