They should have assigned a claims adjuster. Take it to Service King or a dealership BUT I strongly suggest contacting them first. The service is award🎖 winning. Be aware!!! GEICO raised my premium, I wasn't at fault and it was the 1st accident during my driving history. I dropped them. Good luck
