The moment I called and spoke with Vivianna, I knew Reavis Rehab was the place for me. She confirmed my insurance then scheduled me with PT Anna. The very first session, Anna did a professional evaluation, and I walked out without crutches or my walking boot! Ana is incredibly knowledgeable in her PT training, and knows exactly what I needed to improve from my foot surgery. Thank you BOTH Anna, and Vivianna! Reavis Rehab is lucky to have you, and I'll certainly refer others, because of you two!

Katie was very thorough and transparent and informative throughout the entire process. I felt like she has a genuine compassion for her clients and we are so grateful for getting my sons hand back to his normal mobility.

Do I really have to do home exercises?

Most people attend therapy two or three times a week contingent on their work schedule, insurance and/or authorization, and cost. Therefore, responsibility for improvement falls on you, the patient. Stretching and strengthening exercises are really something that has to be done almost daily. You will not get the progress or improvement you need just relying on going to your therapy visits, so you have to do exercises at home. And, yes, we can generally tell if someone is being good about doing their home exercise program.
