I saw Dr. Mosley as a new patient regarding a mole on the face, she lied to me about scar free mole removal with laser and said it's only available overseas & not in the USA, & wanted to scar my face by shaving it off, they refused to waive the copay costs of the visit and the front desk/manager offered 0 apologies for the deceptive practice & hung up on me

I’ve been a patient at westlake for years. After my most recent visit, I’ll never return. I came in for a cosmetic biopsy. After weeks of having trouble healing from the procedure, I attempted to call and speak with my provider probably 10 times over the course of 3 weeks. I was never able to get in contact with her and was left with a gaping wound. Months and months later, I have a huge scar that I constantly get questions about in public. I would have been better never coming. NEVER let anyone other than a plastic surgeon do any sort of cosmetic surgeries. Other providers are apparently under qualified.

Horrible horrible communication!! Calls are never returned, I have to call multiple times for weeks before anyone responds. Trying to refill a prescription for 3 weeks now, pharmacy has contacted multiple times with no response, while my child suffers! Front desk staff very friendly. Dr made my daughter feel offended as she talked to her as if she had a severe mental disability, (she doesn’t, she was just very uncomfortable)trying to psychoanalysis my kid?.. you’re a dermatologist not a psychiatrist. It was very uncomfortable and offensive. Dr repeatedly touched the front of her mask then wanted to touch my child’s broken and inflamed skin,.hello, germs? It is a pandemic…
