I have had different primary care doctors over the years. This place is one of the best. My doctor is excellent. Staff is attentive, friendly and efficient. They have a great online portal for viewing results, pay bills, etc.

My doctor, Putney, is great. However, billing is all over the place. And now they’re charging the same for a telemedicine call as an appointment. I need someone to listen to my chest. I also don’t need rude receptionists when I’m feeling lousy already. I may be done with this place. If it weren’t for my doctor I would have found some other a long time ago.

Dr. Christopher Putney is a terrific provider. He is swift, thorough, and can be counted on to deliver best in class Care. His Staff is exceptional as well! I know this because this has been my PCP for over 25yrs. I brought my children and spouse here and all received great Care. Thank you Dr. Putney and Team!

Do yourself a favor don’t come to this office. They will bill you incorrectly, They don’t update their website, they are not transparent and the customer service is terrible. I am now a former client/patient of this office in round rock. I went for a walk in for my second Covid shot only to find out from the front desk that you no longer offer this in office. Why don’t you update your website and your automated service when calling. This is a complete lack of attention to detail that is important for so many people. You as an office manager need to do better. I will be sharing my experience with my fellow Apple employees so that they don’t go to this office. My family and I are now looking for another family doctor because of our experiences with Dr. Wong and your team at this office. Dr Wong also billed me for an office visit for my physical results that could have been done over the phone. These people are crooked and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time here!!!!
