This is the second time this happened to me. I scheduled for after hours because that's the soonest I could get. My symptoms got worse after I came here. I ended up having to go to the hospital.

I've always had great experiences at this clinic in both pediatrics and family practice. You need to get there early to be able to check in on time since the front desk does get bogged down. The doctors are very quick and efficient so it helps to have all your concerns written down when they come in.

I called this morning first thing to get an appointment today b/c I am sick. I told the scheduler she could check all locations in north austin, rr, cp, and pflugerville. She told me only rr had an appt today at 1:45pm. I asked her to double check that kelly lane didn't have one. she stated they didn't for today, only next week. we then booked the 1:45pm one. She ended the call by re-stating the time and day of appt. I awaited anxiously for the appt b/c i'm feeling badly. I get to the appt and they tell me it was for thursday. I'm upset. the purpose of this review is to tell you to pls record your schedulers and train them well so you can make sure things like this don't happen. I believe i have a viral infection (most likely the flu b/c body aches and covid test was negative) and antivirals need to be given within 48 hrs so thursday would have been too late.
