Called in, was told 45minute wait. Arrived. Was told no longer accepting patients and the one of the girl at desk was like “oh maybe we should update that” Would not give me care. I have asthma, shortness of breath. Told me next location was 30minutes away and they couldn’t put me on the list. (Walk-in only) Lady pretended to care but never went above nor beyond. Should have to pay for my gas as waisted time.

Front desk was great to save the experience. DrCohen was too good to establish care with me when that’s why I scheduled the appointment. The nurse that comes in before hand was terrible and just said the front desk scheduled me wrong the and doctor will make a decision on whether or not she’ll take me as a patient. Sounds pretty judgmental for someone with quotes from the Bible all over the patient room. I was hoping to find a good Christian Dr. Guess that’s not gonna happen. Front desk rescheduled me with a real doctor that won’t have to make a decision on whether or not I am good enough to be their patient. Another thing to say about this location is the diversity is good unlike BSW locations up north. So when you get those racist people you don’t feel comfortable with that provide “care” for you, you have other options. They sent me a link to reach out to them that you can’t even click on. How am I supposed to think you take things serious when you can’t even give me a correct path to talk to someone about these issues? I NEED TO SPEAK TO A CARE ADVOCATE IMMEDIATELY.

The 1st floor lab check in staff are rude and pretentious

After our pediatrician visit my 2-week newborn baby was sent downstairs to the lab to get her blood screening done. When we entered and checked in, the waiting room was full of people, at least 25-30 people were in front of us. We had to wait 1 hour in the room full of potentially sick people to get the newborn screening done! The staff at lab front desk didn’t care when after 40 min we told them that the baby was getting hungry and fussy. We were put in the general line and they made sure we had to wait all the way through it! What a shame to treat newborns like this
