Dr. Kline is fabulous. We've received excellent care for my son. But absolutely no one will answer the phone from the front desk if you call and don't need an appointment or billing, but need follow up. I've called on so many days, at so many different times of day. It doesn't matter. The phone rings into eternity. I have to call back every time and select appointment or billing, then sit on hold for 15 minutes to ask to be transferred to the person I need to talk to. Getting follow up surgery or MRI's scheduled does not happen unless I call and make sure it happens, as someone always has sent a message and waiting to hear back, but then forgets about us. Seeing the doctors is great. Any other type of support is lacking though and it's become an extremely frustrating and time consuming process to have to be in charge of making sure next steps happen as it seems to be a priority to no one but me.

My experience with this office has been terrific. Although they are very busy they seem to have things under control. Everybody’s very friendly and helpful. Dr Kanchela is really great. He listens to what I have to say and we go from there. I would recommend this office to anyone. Thank you Texas orthopedics.

The front office staff is horrible. I’ve never been treated so poorly as a patient. Just know that you will be treated like a number and not a person. Every time I’ve had to come here I’m treated as if I’m putting them out. If you have a choice go somewhere else!
