My wife went to them for a service a few months ago. She paid the deductible the day of the service. Since then they have continued to send us invoices for this payment / service. We've called their billing office in Dallas, sent them proof of the credit card payment, etc. There was no response. I called the office in Round Rock to explain that we had already paid the bill. They put me on hold for a few minutes and then came back to say that there was an open payment for the same amount going back to 2019 (quite a coincidence!) and the payment was applied to that. Unbelievable to me that 1) this is true and 2) no one would have said anything when the appointment was made or when she showed up for the appointment or 3) when she paid the deductible.

Found out through an unmarked letter in the mail I almost threw away that I needed follow up imaging. My doctor never received the results and was only prompted to reach out and get them after I called when I got the letter. From other reviews seems this has happened before. Unacceptable and you could cause people to miss a cancer or other time sensitive diagnosis through this negligence. Very angry and will not return to this center

DON'T GO HERE. The MRI went well but they straight up just "forgot" to send my results out and didn't keep record of my initial request so my surgery has been delayed by 5 weeks because they keep bad records and have forgetful staff. The only reason it got sent out was because I called back in. Then the 2nd time they were supposed to send it out - THEY SENT OUT AN OLD MRI FROM A YEAR AGO. They apparently had two separate accounts for me. I can't believe how disorganized this place is that I need to hassle the hell out of their administration staff just to get the results of my test to my healthcare provider. It's infuriating and urgently affecting my medical care. I got this done 4 weeks ago and at this rate - it'll have taken more a month for them to have put something in the mail. If you do end up going here make sure to work with Brooke. She was helpful in correcting things.

I had an appointment at 8:15am. I arrived at 8:10am. No one was a the front desk. Around 8:20am a older woman told me a have to wait out side because no one is at the front desk and she is leaving so she has to lock the door. So I waited. Around 8:50am young lady opens the door. I told her I have an appointment 8:15am. I gave her my information she told me I don't have an appointmenut but they have my information on the system. Even though I had called two weeks prior and the lady on the phone told me Friday Dec 3rd at 8:15. Looking further at the reviews of this establishment it seems that they will cancel your appointment if your minutes late. If so, did they cancel my appointment because they were late?

When I went to get my MRI I was told they don't take insurance. I would call ahead and find out how much the cost will be for your study.
