So today I decided to call this base and the guy dispatcher is very rude this is why I never call this base, I was asking him a question and he didn’t answer me and he puts you on hold right away then when he came back to the call he said 3 minutes and hung up the call so fast that he didn’t even give me the chance to say ok Thank you or no forget it This base really needs to learn how to treat their calls and customers It will be the last time I call them I prefer catching a cab in the street #badservice

Ok so it make no sense to call these people they answer but you can’t get a cab you have to order a u we or Lyft so what’s the purpose of the base?I know they give them the cab meldalons and they pay the base this needs to be looked into asap

Sometimes the app generates unfair prices. For example. I ordered 1 through the app. From the bronx my house to coney island Brooklyn. The generated price on the app said $7.00. Now we both know that's incorrect. But to give you a little secret. All cab companies charge $4.00 by the mile. Until. Its 1 of those times that it says 2.3 miles with a time frame of 17 minutes. Then you reflect on the minutes. Cause the ride is a long 2.3 miles. I hope i got you some clarity. Sometimes machines make mistakes. And we can really rely solely on them 100% Besides that. B. Q. N. Is a good. No great company and if you ride with them for a while. They will take all that into account and work out a different price.
