Customer service is key to any business. This past Saturday we view our family member. In the very beginning of our journey of getting a date & collecting money Franchy was the host who guide us. This Saturday, she was beyond great. Who ever did Our family member makeup and hair, did a horrible job. I would’ve given 3 star but my heart couldn’t. She offer to fix the makeup without no hesitation she did it. She offer to fix the hair but the makeup adjust was just perfect at the moment. Franchy is a true definition of a great customer service person ~ super professional, communication on point & best of all a person who has sympathy & empathy. Thank you so much for all your support. Ps: franchy is a great addition for your company. This is my first review even when using this establishment before. My apologies for grammatical error

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MY COUSIN BEEN DEAD SINCE SPET 3 or 2 i BELIEVE AND THEY GIVING US A HARD TIME TO SEND HIM TO THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC NOT ONLY THAT THE DAY OF THE FUNERAL THEY DIDNT HAVE HIM READY AND WEN HAD TO WAIT FOR THE NEXT DAY FOR THE FUNERAL

What a disgrace!! Body arrived 1 hour late. Flowers never came. Not even the prayer cards. Please spare yourself the headache. Go elsewhere. Shameful! UPDATE: My father inlaw arrived in D.R. decaying and smelly!! The funeral home there said they have to bury him right away. A big F.U. Ortiz you bunch of losers. Lawyer is coming. Just wait.
