At first, I was impressed at the speed and efficiency with which the team answered my questions about their package delivery service. Because of that, I decided to sign up for a one time delivery of something extremely important related to my late father's pension. All was great, until after I emailed the team with a routine question. To my surprise, I was suddenly told that both their Manhattan stores were closing in the next few weeks! If I hadn't gotten in touch with them about something else, I would have had my package sent to a closed office. The team insisted that they had emailed all of their customers of the closures, but I did not receive anything-not even in my spam folder. Furthermore, up until yesterday, my account with their website still shows several package receiving options-including monthly ones-to places that will no longer exist in a few week's time! To add insult to injury, I emailed both of the owners of the company to express my displeasure with these developments. However, five days later, I have not gotten the courtesy of even a form letter response... Update: A comment about excellent service was written several months ago by "Andrea Friedman"-the same woman who owns the company! How appropriate is that?

Very good location, only five minutes walk to subway station, it also very easy and secure to store your luggage. Price is 10 dollar per luggage and they give us free of charge for car seats. A good plus is they do have restrooms inside
