It's a lovely place to stay. Rooms have a balcony and you get ample of sunlight. Bedroom and living room both have got a big size TV. You get a variety of muffins and fruits in breakfast. Rooms do not have a washing machine, you need to go to the basement to do laundry (free of cost)

This place is truly amazing! Gem of NYC at the center of Manhattan! We have been 2 weeks in the apartment of AKA United Nations and we are more than satisfied. Their staff, especially Dasha made us feel like at home and we really enjoyed! The size of the apartment, design and views are just remarkable! Really much more than you will get at other places in NYC! Gym is also state of the are, with last generation of TechnoGym equipment! This is for sure one of the best places we ever staid when traveling and we will surely be coming back! Thank you so much guys! π

Great facility and staff. I stayed for three months. The evening that I arrived I asked for restaurant recommendations. The desk clerk hand wrote two suggestions for every type of food among the 100 restaurants and bistros in walking distance. Great suggestions.

I am being generous rating this place 1 star. If zero was an option, I would have chosen that given the appallingly poor experience I had. But to be fair, thought Iβd start with some positives: - the apartments are spacious for NYC - the courtyard area is nice and the office has printing facilities, which I found quite useful Now the annoying part: - housekeeping is non existent. They advertise once a week housekeeping, which I would have been happy with. But itβs now day 12 of my stay and no housekeeping in sight. I came home to find all my towels gone, so canβt even have a shower. Requested a towel about 35mins ago, which has not made its way to my room yet!!!! - the lighting is barely sufficient, especially in the living area. I had to borrow a lamp from a friend so Iβd have enough light to work on my computer. - the heating/ventilation system is rather noisy, so donβt expect to have a good night sleep. - there are no curtains, so itβs hard to block the light pollution out.
