Odor in room. Toilet didn't flush well. Room needed to be cleaned better. Needs a lot of updates. Best thing it is on beach. Pool and pool area needed to be cleaned. Lounge chairs some of them needed to be replaced. Windows doesn't have screens.

Green sticky carpet. Extremely old bedding from the 70s. The stench when you walk in will make you gag. Disgusting!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Oh and refused to refund our reservation. They should use that donation of ours to start updating that dump!

It's long between when we checked in the price went up then I asked we booked o Ocean view they told us $45 dollars to upgrade which we said ok then I looked and said it's 2 doors down from where they put up which is still not ocean front then they said if you pay another $50 a night we will put you ocean front that's we paid for to begin with. Don't stay old rooms , smells I called asking for tp and tissues they told me gome get I told them I'm shower ING and going out well they did give us to but no tissues and it wasn't our room . I won't recommend this place at all.

the balconies look and feel like they’re going to fall off the side of the building, bugs, outdated bathrooms (70’s or 80’s), rude staff, AND they want over $1,000 a week….i really don’t know who these people think they are. i’ve stayed here multiple times for about $50/night so i don’t understand how he would be “at a loss” for letting us stay for less than $1,000 for 7 nights……ridiculous. ALSO. if you book online, Expedia, Agoda, etc will tell you the rate is for 4 adults (studio w 2 double beds) HOWEVER the people who work at the hotel will tell you that the $986 you’re paying for 7 nights is them running “at a loss” and that’s only for 2 adults when it clearly says online it is for 4. UGH.
