Worst customer service. Don't finish helping me but scoot me to the side to help the rest of the line. It's a bank and they can't even provide a receipt...but can certainly charge $15 for a cashier's check What a joke

Branch is good. The staff member greeting customers is very friendly. However, the branch can use a little more help (extra teller etc). Location is very convenient. It feels that many of the negative reviews here are mostly about the bank (BofA), but not particularly about this branch.

My Mother in law whom lives out of town messed up on a Christmas check for My two children to get their Christmas presents and they wouldn't do anything to help us out with cashing it. My Mother in law has been a long time customer of Bank of America and I feel that they could have contacted her to assure that the check was ok, but instead they turned Me away and did NOTHING! Merry Christmas, never will visit your branch again!!!
