This particular facility is operated by wonderful compassionate individuals who take a personal interest in the property, keeping it safe, secure and meticulously maintained. The driving surfaces are kept free of debris unlike other storage facilities that do not monitor damaging surface debris dropped by tenants like nails, screws or things that may damage a tire; that is never a problem here. If you are storing a classic automobile this is a critical issue. Safe, secure, well maintained, always someone on site, great communication by management.

Money, you need lots of money. They charge you monthly and also make you pay for insurance. Weather you want it or not they get a kick back from the company.
