Wouldn't live here some parts of the blgd not kept up. People lounge in all areas outside, front entrance, leasing offices up to no good.

This building started off as a pure jewel. It has now turned to dross. It is a mixed community with a bunch of people who could do better but don't try. I stay to myself now.

Update: Property management with TM Associates, is very nonchalant towards the residents concerns/apt issues, doesn't allow residents to express their concerns, she wants to argue/debate on the phone(instead of a positive solution; ignore her demeanful tone), she lies bad about work orders, you have to call DCRA if you want anything fixed, the staff will curse you out and the manager let's them. yes they do..cus you have to be recertified every year if you go over the limit then you make to much so they do go according to your income.or just call Derren the manager is very nice and helpful...
