I was looking at around 10 apartments or so in the area before I found this place. The management here is amazing. I cannot stress how much I love living here because of the management. Things are clean and there is a good mix of people living here. The maintenance is quick and responsive. My neighbors have been friendly as well. The apartments themselves are well-kept even if it’s a little old (like most buildings in dc). The location itself is great, too. Groceries are within walking distance, Georgetown is about a 15 minute walk, and my commutes are super short and safe. Surrounding noise level is typical like all cities. I don’t have any complaints about the apartment.

Buck Houser

Good location, wouldja look at those cherry blossoms! A bit too many young folks creating a ruckus during the wee hours, but if you can past the noise you'll sleep like a baby in the arms of powerful A/C. The maintenance staff is handy ;). The laundry room is not super accessible, so I just stopped doing my laundry; who knew deodorant works on shirts! Rent isn't the most affordable for budget living, but man Oh man those blossoms!

Barley Fields

I lived here in a spacious, homey studio for nearly two years. Amber and everyone else at The Savoy were incredible from the moment I came to tour to the moment I moved out. If you are looking for a clean/well maintained building with large balconies at a reasonable price, this is the place to be. You can count on being happy during your time here and the warmness of everyone in the lobby as well as Amber will make your day, guaranteed.

Ethan Stoler

I lived in a studio apartment here for two years as I finished college. Amber, the property manager, and the entire staff were so friendly and accommodating, they make the building a great place to live. The building is on the older side, I had a few issues with my apartment over my time but they were always quick to respond and come fix it. If you can tolerate the noise of being near downtown, in such a prime location (close to the metro, bus lines, grocery, walkable to National mall, etc) I would definitely recommend you add The Savoy to your list. Especially great help from Amber for being so flexible it’s my trying to figure out what I was doing when my plans got mixed up due to the pandemic.
