We had tried to fix our leaky sink but ended up breaking a metal piece off resulting in a terrible leak. We live in a multi unit condo with one connection so we couldn't leave it shut off all night. We called multiple companies at 11pm but no one listed as 24/7 was available. We finally called roto-rooter and we're lucky to have Alan come and save us. He got here in only 20 minutes and had it fixed just as quick. We could not be happier with his service. Thank you Alan! We hope to have his help for the next project to avoid another disaster.

Alan Valentine was very professional, thourogh and nice. He did an awesome job finding why our drains were clogging up every 5-10 days. After 6 service calls from a different company, he did what they couldn't. We are 100% happy with the service he did for us. And he cleaned up after himself!!

Absolutely outstanding job! Service technician Alan Valentin did an outstanding job unclogging our sewer drain problem. He arrived super quickly after my call, diagnosed where the clog was located very fast, then proceeded to remove the clog. I found Alan totally professional, personable, knowledgeable, and tidy.
