Unfortunately, a rescue kitty mistook my bed for a litter box, so I went out to find a replacement. After visiting the local places, I came home more flustered and discouraged than when I'd left. Everyone tried to sell me on beds I didn't want and in a price range 3-5 times my limit, despite being vocal about my needs and desire - the pushy sales tactics were a major turn off. My need was a comfortable bed, not their commission. Then, looking through Facebook Marketplace, an ad posting came through from Mattress Today - I wasn't sure if it was a scam or something unsafe being sold, but I went ahead and set the appointment. As soon as I walked in, one of the owners greeted. Immediately, I felt comfortable and 100% heard. He only got to show 2 options before we settled on the second. He seemed to know exactly what I was looking for AND had it in stock. Other places had wait times of 3-6 weeks, minimum. He was very knowledgable, took time to explain everything and was very personable. All in all, this experience was fantastic and I couldn't be any happier with my purchase. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a new bed! :)

Great customer service! The owners are so friendly and not only interested in selling you a mattress but actually educating you about it and building a personal relationship with you! They especially know what they’re talking about when it comes to the mattress. They were so kind and came to help whenever we needed! Definitely recommend them over any other mattress store. We had a lot of different experiences with other places but this was definitely the best.

Walked into the Mt Vernon location today in hopes of gathering some information, and then visit a variety of other stores. We were looking to purchase a King sized bed. Jeremy was very informative and helpful without being pushy or forceful in any way. He introduced us to a variety of styles and provided detailed and useful information on each. We were so pleased with the knowledge, customer service detail, and the amazingly comfortable bed. He also generously threw in a couple high quality pillows. It’s a large purchase. Typically i dread furniture/bed stores as much as car dealerships. Today, Jeremy made it painless. Answered all of our questions, great presence and knowledge. Glad we stopped in to Mattress Today first thing! Can’t wait for our new bed to arrive. Two thumbs up!
