Horrible experience at this place. Dr. Paterno has probably one of the worst bed side manners we’ve ever experienced. Felt super rushed, not helpful with explaining, nor advising on what are the proper steps to maintain a healthy back. Was quick to offer “medication” and no other alternatives other than recommending to go to a PT. Front desk also very quick to ask for payment before we even saw a Dr. — very cringey place. If I could rate a 0 I WOULD! Don’t go here for proper care, find another place.

I've been a patient for a while now and every appointment I'm there for over an hour as it seems every provider runs behind schedule. A 12 40 appointment today and I'm just now being seen at 2pm.

I hate to leave a negative review but I went there to see what I thought was a neurosurgeon but I did not, I assume it was a PA and was informed that they perform only implants of stimulators no neurosurgery. I have physical lumbar/sciatic problems causing neuropathy which leads to falls and tripping injuries that a stimulator won’t fix, so they are going to refer me to another neurosurgeon, hopefully. I wouldn’t have wasted their and my time if I knew they don’t do surgery only implant’s…

I got spinal injections for pain there. Everyone was friendly and competent. I would recommend to anyone.

Yes. Advance Pain Center is very attentive to the patient's needs and will take care of your concerns. First intake appointment is usually thirty minutes going over your concerns and ways to help you
Have you tried getting a written referral? Thats how I got through.
I have been going to APC for years and I dont k ow what they can do for you but I do know if they can help it will be the best treatment for you. They listen to you and will determine best treatment.
I would call to double check cause I heard they're starting to take new insurances in January. I Have Humana PPO as a Medicare supplement insurance, and they're still going to be out-of-network for me so I'll have to pay my deductible before my insurance kicks in. However, I absolutely Love my doctors there so it's well worth it for me. 😊
