It depends. If you go in and they know you are a BofA account holder (you show and enter your ATM card and pin) then yes they are kind and courteous and helpful. But if you are not then expect them to ask for your social security number, photocopy your state issued ID, swipe your ID in their reader, possibly ask for second ID and then on top of it all be a little more curt and straightforward too - then yes they are kindly
