Opened my accounts there by way of Leo Carranza. Great guy. Knowledgeable and very helpful and outgoing. However, on the whole, not at all impressed by this branch. Seems to need better organization and customer service.

Went to get quarters as always and told I need to have an account with them after waited in line for 20 minutes. I’ve been there a lot of times and never asked for an account before. The teller lady was so rude and disrespectful just saying “no more” She could be more polite.

Worst customer service ever! Teller is yapping away instead of helping customers. He dismisses a customer and starts talking as there is a line of 10 people. Hope the manager of this branch gets some damn customer service training. Horrible! BEWARE of this location! Shitty Service. If you speak Spanish you will be more likely helped 😔 Javier hope you're fired

Called three times to reschedule an appointment and nobody answered! Every time I come to them, I have to wait forever..... Once I waited half an hour in the line and when I came to the teller she started doing what I needed, she decided in the half of my thing to hand me over to her coworker. Her coworker was already helping someone, so I had to wait aside. Of course, she took at least 10min to help that person, while I was waiting aside like I have done something! After all waiting, the second teller even didn't know how to help me, so SHE HAD TO CALL FOR HELP, WHILE I WAS WAITING ASIDE AGAIN! People, work on your skills and managing your workers...
