Bad customer service came in to open and account and the guy that does that was just sitting and spinning on his chair and than I ask the front desk if I can reschedule or make an appointment and she said no I should've talk to her supervisor.. don't recommend this place here

Wish I’d read the reviews beforehand. If you’re not a member do not bother. Even if it’s a check made out by Chase themselves, wanting $8 to cash a check. No thanks, better of at check cashing. Lesson learned

Everytime I come to this Bank always get a hard time on understanding them. I would say really poor customers services Managers never there. I would like to give them 5stars but their employees need more good customer services.

Worst experience I've had at a chase bank. Waited 20min in line when there were 4 people ahead of me. They only had 2 teller's. And by the time I left there were 20 people in line. Definitely need more tellers to assist.
