*Originally I had assigned 2 Stars- and within a short time of posting, BOA replied to the review with a typically cruddy auto reply- so, down to 1 Star now. For the last 2 years (!!!) my usual BOA on Sunset / Vine has been closed. "Use our convenient ATMs / Use our App" they say... Well, some people need to do banking. In person. So now I have to go to this location and am typically frustrated. Prepare to spend 45 minutes to an hour, just waiting in line- they only allow perhaps 12-18 people inside at a time, and things move VERY slowly. Usually theres only 1, if youre really lucky 2 tellers working at any given time or day, and one of them is designated for Business accounts. I'm not frustrated with the staff at all- its moreso the flippant way that BOA treats their customers time. If the Sunset / Vine location does not re-open by years end I will be finding a new bank-

So slow they only have 2 tellers at all time . manager don’t care if they need help. She keeps going outside and helping people outside when people inside bank should be priority.

Today I went to the bank for help 🥺 but what I received from that lady employee let us call Find a call center yourself, refuse to provide service and tell us that there are many customers that they need to serve. Your problem should be called myself. I feel that I shouldn't come to this branch again and it will be a story that doesn't Impressed with someone. Many people listen!!!!! Why don't you have a heart to serve ?🤔

I came to this bank with my mom. We came as Walk-Ins. The wait was about 1 1/2 hours, this location is quite busy. They do have nice chairs, but the wait is still boring and there are no restrooms available. So don't be like me and walk-in, there is an option to schedule an appointment so you won't be like me, waiting for an 1 1/2. If you are there and happen to need to use the restroom, you can walk/ drive over to the rite-aid. Anthony V. was very quick, thorough amd helpful.

Not enough employees to to maintain the level of service required.
Bank of America is no different of any other institutions. Due to covid19 there are many restrictions. Be aware of schedule changes, avoid visits the first days of the month. A couple weeks ago had to comeback for an international transaction because there no bankers after 3:30 pm. Frustrated but this reality due to pandemia
