Terrible experience I gave a really easy task for a lady working there was just to print out bank statements and I made sure to let her know that I need it to show my savings history because that were I have my money and she did everything besides that . Also very bad Attitude looks like I stole her boyfriend or husband from her before I will definitely not come back here .

Big bank in a busy location. You know your busy times. Why schedule poorly on these days and times? I literally counted 20 windows with 2 tellers working which went to 3 as the line went past the queue line markers. I give two stars because some of the staff there is very nice.

This is literally the worst Bank of America I have ever been to. You cannot get in and out under 30 minutes. They often have only one teller while 3-4 people pace around back. They constantly walk away. They couldn't care less about customer service. Visiting this location is the perfect inspiration to take your money put of a big bank and join a credit union.

Line is very long, only 3 tellers at the window and there are a few people walking back the but no one come to help to let the line down or come around the assist customers on the line to gave us directions. The manager is very rude when I asked why there is not many tellers during busy hours. She sounded if it was my fault that I stand on the line.
