I've been to so many banks and by far this is the worse one, there's like 40+ people on line and only 2 tellers how can that even be possible. They don't even try and come help people out of the line like most banks do don't use this bank

Horrible customer service! I wanted information about opening an account for my son. I was completely ignored . The security guard had me stand in front of a desk. Nobody ever approached me or said a word to me. After standing there over 10 mins I just left Very rude and unprofessional

Came twice in one day, bank was full tellers have absolutely no sense of urgency. Lines did NOT move, literally stood in line for over an hour. Seriously, need to build up urgency, and fast pace! Do not COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE ALL DAY

I traveled to 3 different branches in South Central LA around 9:30pm to deposit a check and non of this ATM were available/open What a shame. Thank GOD for CHASE that was right across the street from bofa on Vermont and Slauson I was able to deposited my check there.
