I asked to get quarters from a girl standing in the lobby. She walked right past me and the security guard had to tap her and point at me. She looked annoyed and said she'd only give me $10 and not the 20 I had. She tossed the roll at me and stormed out of the building. I was walking out and she didn't bother looking behind her and jumped in her car. Definitely not the best example to set but shows BOa's colors perfectly.

Long line although more employee hanging around, but one or two tellers only working. I went to get few coin rolls but a lady teller told me max two quarter rolls only since nationwide quarter shortage; however, bank security officer went inside to convert $40 quarter and another teller provided bunch of quarter rolles to someone in front of my own eyes. After waited 30 minutes, I feel discriminated, disgusted and disappointed

This is the SLOWEST bank Ive ever been in. 12 people in line and only 2 tellers. 6 other employees walking around and no one opened another teller station. It took me 50 minutes to go through the line. THIS IS REDICULOUS!! I could have driven to another lication and been done in half that time. Ive been to rhis location before and they are always horribly slow. This was the last straw. Never coming back here ever again. Horrible service. The worst, ever.
