Worst location to go to for anything. All the females there are rude for no reason and have no type of customer service skills. They only have 2 BANK TELLERS despite there being dozens of windows. They literally invalidated my check just because my ID was slightly broken at a corner now that counts as "suspicious activity" so 2 more weeks till i get to pay my bills. Dont even bother going there unless you love wasting time waiting for help only to never receive the proper help you wanted..... i would give literally negative stars if i could. One is not deserved but its the lowest i could go 🤷🏽‍♀️

This is the second "open" Bank of America location I've tried that did not have any tellers working. What's the point of having a gigantic financial center lease if you don't have any basic services? At least update your website, so I stop wasting my time.

the insanity of covid has affected this bank location. Not open - no info at the location on hours.. a rude security guard brushing people off.. why is a large bank in a very busy location downtown closed? its makes no sense.. adults are afraid of a cold.. this is completely unnecessary. There is no reason adults cannot work behind an already large plexiglass bulletproof screen. this Nations business's and workers have succumbed to the fear mongering and misinformation of the democrat party. You need access to your funds they are making it difficult for you for no good reason. wake up

If I could give this bank 0 stars I would , the teller was amazing and really nice so it’s no fair to her . The male manager working was just standing there and not helping at all for the whole hour I was standing in line . I don’t see the point of paying someone to watch other people do work . There was 15 people in line with 1 teller working it and the manager did not care at all nor seemed to care about the upset customers . This locations needs a serious change in management and they need to hire more workers. Horrible experience .
