I saw the other reviews, but decided to see for myself anyway. Wow don't waste your time even trying to contact these people. There is obviously nobody working or not doing their job in the office. I have called different times of the day and left messages with no return call. I then decided to go there to check out if they were open and just not answering. It was around 4:45 PM. On their automated message when you call they say that they are open until 6PM M-F. There was a car parked outside and a closed sign on the door. If they are inundated with calls maybe they should leave a automated message saying if they have a waiting list or anything coming available if they don't want to answer the phone. There are single mother's looking for affordable housing in this horrendous market and don't have time to waste. SMH

I’ve called this place every single day for the last month and not one time had someone answered the phone. I leave voicemails and still nothing. I call at different times in the day and still nothing. I’m trying to get an apartment in Clearwater to move closer to my family and my job. This is kinda ridiculous.

I called every day last week and left several messages with no return call. I came up at 8:54 am to get an application in as soon as they opened. There are 3 cars parked out front and a closed sign still on the door. I am still outside at 9:33am. Property management and staff clearly don’t care about the hardship of families during this time. Every negative response gets the same generic reply. I left a message for Cambridge directly perhaps changes will come for future residents. I will take the loss on my wasted efforts.
