Staff was rude, my order was incorrect. Chicken strips were cold, my chicken was dry & seemed to have sat under a heating lamp too long. Red beans & rice had no seasoning at all. You could taste the powder in the macaroni & cheese.. awful experience 😢

Poor management, Terrible food (Dry and expired) AND Terrible customer service. 1)No apologies for the errors made nor after bringing an issue to the managers attention. 2) Speaking in Spanish makes matters worse when they assume you don’t speak Spanish. 3) When the DT cashier purposely comes to the FC to look in your face after handing you new order, would make anyone come out of character, but I didn’t. 4) I came back today, because maybe yesterday was just a fluke… it’s not. Same issue again. It’s the leadership, it the culture and it’s what’s allowed. It’s sad to say, when your in the hospital (OR not) staying with your loved ones after weeks, I CHOSE to spend our money for great food and great service…. I didn’t receive ANY of that EVEN after being given the opportunity to make it right.

Went there tonight, and the chicken was cold & tasted old, and there was only like a third of mashed potatoes in the container, smh. Waste of money. Tried them again tonight (5/20/22), no one answered the intercom, had to drive to the window where they took my order, the food was cold again, and macaroni literally halfway filled in the container. I’ve attached a picture showing how I received it with no bites taken. Also no sauce offered or provided..This location is trash!

This is the 2nd time I ordered a meal from this Popeyes and never received my order at all. I tried to reach out to everyone I could with this problem and the restaurant wants to blame DoorDash, DoorDash blames the driver, and with resolution. To my problem. Even once someone eventually fixes my problem and refunds my money no one ever tries to fix my missed food, my lost money, and lost time. Why keep going back to somewhere that doesn't care to help me.

Yes.. But be aware they cost $49.99.. Not the add or internet price of $39.99
