The lobby is closed. The electronic menu-board has been broken. I ordered 2- chicken sandwiches during the lunch period; the chicken was literally room-temperature and the buns cook to touch with lots of mayo- I HAVE NEVER SEEN or HAD SUCH POORLY PREPARED FOOD. Absolutely visit another location; horrible! I am demanding a refund for the inconvenience of my having to wait again in the drive-thru.

If I could give zero stars I would. Dirty, poor service, always out of ingredients and the chicken sandwiches that I’ve had from other locations are juicier and properly prepared this one was missing pickles and sauce. And the bun was squished. Fries were soggy too. Never going back to this location been disappointed one too many times. Avoid if you can !!!!!!

Please get a new manager over here! I have been sitting in the drive through 30mins along with several others! Waited in line 10 minutes and asked to park for 20mins and still waiting!!! It’s currently Tues April 12 @4:48PM People are getting out their cars to go in and still having to wait on the inside! This is ridiculous!

❌LOOKS LIKE THEY DONT WANT TO WORK❌ Online states they close at 10:00 pm we pull up and the loghts are out . Drive thru is dark, main sign is out. Other cars pulling in and waiting for someone to take their order. But nothing and they have to just drive off as well .. they turn everything out 30 to 45 min early.. NOT GOOD BUSINESS. So sonic it is!
