Worst experience ever. I went to this location at 9:38 pm because it says that they close at 10 pm. The lady at the drive thru said that they were closed. When I asked why since it says they don’t close for another 20 mins she said “Cause I want to”.

The woman working there is always so rude to me. I've been there twice this week to get family packs and thought maybe the first time was a fluke but she was ruder this time. She just scowls at me and says nothing when I thank her and shuts the window in my face without even looking at me. . I am never going back. Good Lord have mercy. Not a lick of hospitality or customer service skills. Church's, you can do better than that woman. Yall are lucky I don't ask for reimbursement for her ruining the mood of my families dinner. Oh, and just to add, both times I was the only one there so she doesn't have the excuse of being slammed busy.

Gave us cold fries with 20 legs n thighs fresh hot..tf then got mad at us cuz we came back...and she has her daughters inside working with her...way to go mom of the yr! 🙄 Never again...cook at home if can

Got fresh hot chicken the last time gave four stars, went back again chicken was very I mean really small and it was old,wouldn't feed to my dog,throw in trash they never have to worry about me returning to there chicken place again.
