Last day of the month state inspection line was long, but the staff member with the dreads directing traffic is courteous & even offered me some water while I waited. I did try going the day before, but the manager doing inspections was already gone for the day.

Good experience, different than any oil change I've had. They checked with me through the process, kept me updated, and were quick (it was middle of the day, so wasn't rush hour, but nevertheless they hustled). Shirley and the other lady who came out to my car seemed like a couple badass chick's. I'm all about the girl power, and they definitely got it. Thank you for your help today!
