I doubt it's a general issue with the company. It all comes down to the specific individual that did a bad job in your case.
With as many cars that come through one shop, there is bound to be an occasional mistake. Take 5 has a great safety system in place, making sure two or more sets of eyes are put on everything before the car leaves the bay. If, however, something was still missed Take 5 knows how to take care of their customers in that event. Call up and speak to Nate, the shop manager, and everything will be resolved.
